Counselor:
Margot Luckman is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, Certified Mediator and is Advanced EAGALA Certified as an Equine Specialist and a Mental Health Provider. The EAGALA model has been utilized by Margot in her practice for several years as well as incorporating different modalities such as CBT. Margot has worked with individuals of all ages, genders, couples, families, and from several different cultures. Margot also has decades of experience with horses and instructing.
The mental health issues/populations she has provided services for since 1989 includes: depression and anxiety; PTSD; addictions; family dysfunctional patterns; abuse issues; couples; situational adjustment; grief; emotional constructs such as healthy communication, developing coping skills, functional patterns and healthy boundaries. She has worked as a team member, a group facilitator, and as an individual therapist. In addition, Margot has worked with several individuals involved in mediation and litigation process for a number of different reasons.
The incorporation of horses with people has been a welcomed and beneficial model through EAGALA and it is exciting to see the relationship and process people embrace in the arena.

​Equine Specialist and Program Instructor:
​Hannah Donohue has been riding and working with horses for many years. She is a licensed K-8 teacher and an EAGALA certified equine specialist. She is an experienced horse-riding instructor and horsemanship teacher. Hannah has instructed lessons, both one on one and in small groups as well as being an instructor for horse riding summer camps. Hannah has been with the Pearl Ranch since 2021 and now works as the Equine Specialist for Equine Growth and Learning including the EAGALA therapy modality, as well as instructing horsemanship and riding lessons.
